Welcome to Taarasa. By accessing, browsing, or placing an order through our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or purchasing our products.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the Taarasa website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using our website and services.

Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Once an order is confirmed, an email or SMS confirmation will be sent to the registered contact details.

No Cancellation Policy

Once payment has been successfully completed, orders cannot be cancelled.

Customers are requested to carefully review product details, quantity, size, colour, shipping information, and billing details before completing the purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after successful payment confirmation.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Delivery across India is generally completed within 3–5 working days after dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Currently, Taarasa ships only within India.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be modified.

  • If doorstep delivery is unavailable in your area, you may be required to collect your parcel from the nearest courier office.

Returns & Exchange Policy

No Returns

Taarasa follows a strict No Returns Policy.

All purchases made through our website are final and are not eligible for return or refund.

Exchange Policy

Exchange is available only for the same product under the following conditions:

  • The product has significant manufacturing damage or defects.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The damage is clearly visible in a continuous unpacking video.

  • The exchange request is raised within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

Exchange is NOT Applicable For

  • Change of mind.

  • Personal preference.

  • Size or fitting issues.

  • Colour differences caused by lighting, photography, or display settings.

  • Minor loose threads.

  • Minor stitching variations.

  • Removable stains or marks.

  • Normal variations in handcrafted products.

Unpacking Video Requirement

A complete unpacking video is mandatory for every exchange request.

The video must:

  • Begin before opening the package.

  • Clearly show the sealed parcel.

  • Continue without interruption until the product is fully inspected.

  • Clearly display any defect or damage.

  • Be recorded within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Be unedited.

Without a valid unpacking video, exchange requests cannot be accepted.

Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, pricing, colours, and specifications are accurate.

However:

  • Actual colours may slightly differ due to monitor settings and photography.

  • Measurements may vary slightly.

  • Handmade products may contain natural variations that make every piece unique.

Customer Responsibilities

By using this website, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal and delivery information.

  • Keep your account credentials confidential.

  • Use the website only for lawful purposes.

  • Not engage in fraudulent transactions.

  • Not interfere with website functionality or security.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Taarasa shall not be liable for:

  • Delays caused by courier partners.

  • Delivery delays due to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or force majeure events.

  • Temporary website interruptions.

  • Indirect or consequential damages.

  • Any claim exceeding the value of the purchased product.

Fraud Prevention

Taarasa reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected to involve fraud, unauthorized payment methods, misuse of promotional offers, or any activity that violates these Terms & Conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchases made through it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.

Taarasa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
